My parents are building a house in River Island, which is a conservation community, meaning that its like living in a nature preserve! They are situated right across from the Savannah River. The neighborhood has boardwalks that meander all around the shoreline. Its beautiful and we all anxiously look forward to them getting into the house sometime in the next 2 months!
